Stereo Cabinet
This stereo cabinet in Northern Silky Oak & Silver Ash was a commission. The design brief was it had to fit with the other pieces of furniture & it had to be that the components are difficult to remove (steal) without dismantling the unit. The 4 drawers hold a total of 1000 CD's in plastic sleeves or 225 CD's in standard CD cases . The drawers slide on Silver Ash dovetails cut into each drawer side. The overall dimensions of the unit are, 2200mm (W) X 430mm (D) X 850mm (H). The finish is nitrocellulose lacquer @ 50% gloss.
